Salary during Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Only for Freshers)

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:
   • Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
2. Coding:
   • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
   • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
3. Problem Solving:
   • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance.
   • Work closely with team members to identify and implement solutions.
4. Learning and Development:
   • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
   • Actively participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills.
5. Documentation:
   • Create and maintain documentation related to software development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, or MCA.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
